Business Model

The service can be initiated by Authorized Users, who can submit a Service Request to the StellOracle directly or through the governmental agency. Authorized Users may encompass CEMS National Focal Points (NFPs) in EU Member States, countries participating in the European Civil Protection Mechanism, as well as EC Services (DGs). StellOracle service for the Authorized Users is subscription-based.

Associated Users are required to collaborate with and get approval from Authorized Users to use data developed through their subscription to the service. Similar to the Copernicus Emergency Management Service, Associated Users include local, regional, and other public entities, International Governmental Organizations and National & International Non-Governmental Organizations.

For general Users, basic StellOracle service is free. Additional services like personalized alerts may be offered by subscription.
